Who You Are

You are a seasoned stylist who takes pride in your craft and values professionalism, collaboration, and exceptional guest care.

Your Daily Role and Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional luxury cuts, dimensional color, deep conditioning treatments, and personalized scalp wellness therapies.

• Provide high-touch client consultations to customize modern styles (especially if your skills include grey blending, extensions, balayage).

• Actively collaborate with a tight-knit, welcoming team of beauty professionals to maintain our 4.8-star salon reputation.

Requirements

• Active California Cosmetology License

• 5+ years of experience behind the chair

• Strong skills in cutting, color, highlighting, and finishing

• Proven ability to retain and grow clientele

• Professional social media portfolio showcasing recent work demonstrating a mastery of modern color formulations and cutting techniques

• Excellent communication and time-management skills

• Positive, team-oriented attitude
