Once on the online booking site, please verify the stylist with whom you are scheduling before confirming your appointment service(s).

24 hour cancellation policy:

The Honeycomb Salon strives to provide the highest level of customer service to its clients. To ensure this, we require our clients to arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. Late arrivals and last minute cancellations affect not only the stylist's time but that of the following clients who are also on the schedule.

In an effort to curb untimely changes to our scheduling system, we require at least 12 hours prior notification should you need to change your appointment and at least 24 hours prior notification to cancel your appointment. If we receive notification in less than the required time, you will be charged 50% of the cost of the services originally scheduled.

Late arrivals and no shows are also subject to being charged. In fairness to our other clients, we cannot accept clients who arrive 15 minutes or more after their scheduled appointment time. In these circumstances, the appointment may be rescheduled and you will be charged 50% of the cost of services scheduled. Should you miss your appointment time entirely, you will be charged 100% of the cost of the services scheduled and an alert will be placed on your client profile.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept the following as excuses for late arrivals or no shows: traffic, parking, last minute work obligations, childcare issues, etc.
